Concept and Introduction of an open architecture Content Management System
In order to establish independence of an internationally active Swiss fund plattform from Web Design Agencies and Content Providers we have installed and developped a state of the art individual user friendly multilangual CMS with special functions such as tag cloud, press and media archives, statistics function, stakeholder password access and several individual upload functionalities.

Development of a customer individual internet database for funds
The open architecture database includes document management for fund products with lay-out, sort, validation and protected access functions.

Web Site design based upon our 8V method
This included establishment of rebranding, corporate ID and design and was involving eye-scan analysis and search engine optimization methods.

Structure and set-up of a communication and consolidation framework
This was achieved on behalf of a Zug holding and included several web pages including corporate and product videos, landing pages and photo galeries.

Establishing a new distribution channel
The consulting team worked with a health insurer to complete a detailed study of their current market entry strategy with a particular emphasis on how their channel relationships might be made more effective. The client was able to improve its overall sales effectiveness through improved management and fundamental changes in its sales approach.

Idea generation, specification and launch of innovative insurance / bancc-assurance products
The consulting team regularly updates it´s life insurance product data bases since this enables them to quickly identify gaps in the product and services portfolio of clients. The team did a resource audit with the outcome to best achieve new product capabilities through an alliance with a private bank. Restructuring of international operations
The consulting team assisted a major European insurer in evaluating its portfolio of international businesses, restructuring the portfolio to be better aligned with both the emerging growth opportunities in European insurance markets and the insurer's true sources of competitive advantage in each line of business.

Building a successful bancassurance business
The consulting team worked with a large Swiss insurer to develop and implement its strategic response to the new approach of bancassurance in its local market. Our work included construction of the business case, design of the bancassurance product set, sales process, corporate structure and organization. Our output included detailed analysis of alternative joint ventures and support of negotiations with banking partners.

Market entry strategy
The consulting team undertook a new market entry strategy for a wealth Management driven start-up company. Based on a detailed market analysis which included a review of the competition, insights from the channel, deep understanding of competitive product offerings, RFP analysis and a fundamental understanding of the company's strengths and weaknesses in the region we were able to design a robust market entry strategy to increase the likelihood of launch success. After an initial 6 months period the client has surpassed the expectations for the year.

Market analysis and field research
The consulting team have concluded several reports on the major life insurance markets in Europe, Asia and America. Those areas not reflected by our in-house research, was added using a best practice methodology in action research. Since all the tools were developed and applicable, our analysis was time to market.

Set-up and implementation of global planning, forecasting and reporting system in insurance
Life insurance business requires a different approach to planning as it is prized different, commissions are different and there are longer terms as in non-life business. The team has set-up a new approach with impact on every regional sales manager to have bottom up planning meeting top-down view of management and the agreement of all stakeholders. This project has created a red line through the different divisions and is today the common basis of all efforts in the company.
